Join this Special 2 hour intensive workshop created by Sri Dharma Mittra led by Yogini Kali (Gabrielle) It includes subtle breathing practices to calm the mind, invigorate the body and energize the chakras, as well as healing mantras (sound vibrations) to stimulate the pituitary gland and subtle consciousness. The extended Charging Series and Shiva Namaskara Vinyasa posture flow, stretches, tones and strengthens the entire physical body. After all that effort you will experience a final guided meditation in deep relaxation – yoga nidra to recharge and rejuvenate the entire physical and mental system.

The core of yoga philosophy is the 8 limbs of yoga. Even if you already know something of the 8 limbs, these principles are studied and practiced over a lifetime. In this 2 hour workshop, you will discover the intricacies of the path of yoga.
Learn the history and importance of these ancient principles and how to include them in your life, practice, and teaching. Whether you are a yoga teacher intending to share these practices with others or solely interested in deepening your own understanding of yoga philosophy, you will be inspired and fulfilled.
*This workshop is an interactive lecture (not an asana class). Wear comfortable clothes for sitting in a chair or the floor. Bring a writing utensil and paper/notebook.
