Your Mind & Meditation: A Course in Meditation & Philosophy

The following is an example of a typical Sunday during the course.                                                                                                                        

Sunday hours are from 10:00-6:00pm (the time will go sooo fast!) 

Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm  

10:00-11:00am: Guided Pranayama & Meditation Practice

11:00-12:30pm: Targeted Asana Practice w/ Guided Relaxation

12:30-1:45pm: Group Potluck Lunch

1:45-3:15pm: Philosophy Topic and Discussion

3:30-6:00pm: Meditation Theory, Topic, & Practice
