A Course in Meditation & Philosophy

The nature of this training is to go deeper into the latter 4 limbs of yoga. The material presented will assume a certain ground level of knowledge in yoga philosophy and meditation. Please possess one of the following before registering for this course: 200 Hr. TT certification and/or a consistent meditation practice. If you have questions or doubts please get in touch. What will I gain from this course?: Breathing techniques not only reduce stress, they bring energy and nourishment to our bodies. As a result, the health of our physical system is improved and you will feel more grounded and relaxed. In this course, we will explore the relationship of the breath to our organs through the practice of pranayama. Through the practice of meditation, you will gain a greater understanding of the intricate workings of the mind. And through our philosophical study and discussion programs you will learn how to navigate life situations with grace and ease.
*Asana classes will be led by Gabrielle including advanced techniques. Restorative Yoga will be led by Jennifer.

Saturdays: 11:30pm-7:00pm; Sundays: 10am-6pm
Haven on the Lake, located on Lake Kittamaqundi in Columbia Maryland will host this teacher training. The facility is exceptional, offering beautiful training rooms overlooking the lake, a healing environment including a steam room, salt room, cold plunge, hot tub, sauna, pool, and more.
